    Compact and easy to use.

    Compact and easy to use. My first experience using it was in a severe thunderstorm, once I was able to block the wind it worked like a charm.

    Perfectly sized for backpacking for 2. The way it packs into itself is very handy and weighs very little. One option I wish it had was for the gas stove to expand a little bigger so putting a bigger pot on it could be an option. I used a frying pan from home and it fell off multiple times before I gave up. But for boiling water for dehydrated meals, this is absolutely adequate!

    Great, except the pot handle

    This set is great for two people and has everything you need to get cooking for a portage trip. You can take out pieces not needed to make it lighter for backpacking too. The mugs, bowls, and pocket rocket work exactly as you would expect. Unfortunately the 2.0L pot handles is poorly designed. If you put more than 1.0L of water in the pot the handle bends a lot and with a 2.0L pot you would expect to at least be able to boil 1.5L, otherwise why not bring a smaller lighter pot. The scarier part is that the handle is not secure. It has come off multiple times on trip since it is held together with only a spring and not an actual pin like other MSR or competitor designs. I have given up using the handle because I don't want to risk spilling scalding water on myself in the backcountry. It's too bad because the 2.0L capacity is great for melting snow winter camping. At least the rest of the kit works, I would be very disappointed it I had bought the pot on its own. I have only used it twice and both times the handle came off.

    Wonderful product, lasts forever. Lightweight and durable. Reliable flame with wind barrier works well. The stove, sporks, cups and bowl all fit in the pot making it compact and lightweight for camping and backpacking!

    As a new backpacker, I love this stove set. It's the perfect size for 2-3 people. I especially appreciate how no pumping of fuel is involved - really makes the process easier! My only complaint is that it can be a bit wobbly, so make sure you set it up on a very sturdy surface. All in all, I could not ask for a better or more convenient stove.

    Works great! My daughter and I loved the pan/strainer, bowls, cups, and the sporks. Everything heated up fast and was easy to clean and best of all bowl a mean cup of coffee.
