Our daughter is enjoying the bike so far. We have never had issues when purchasing Nakamura bikes at sportschek. Service at our local store is always great! We purchased online, brought it to the store to assemble and was done next day.

Amazing bike and it was a very good deal on sale. My daughter loves it!!! Only slight disappointment is it’s not this colour combination. Bike is grey but the decals are a dark blue not turquoise like we assumed based on the picture.

Solid bicycle, thank you to the sportchek employees who assembled this bicycle so well and had it ready 2 days after I purchased it online. The brakes were assembled very well and I say this because I've had bicycles from Canadian tire and Walmart and their employees don't seem to know how adjust the brakes properly. My 10 year old son loves this bicycle, it's his first time changing gears on a bicycle so the 7 speed is a good way to learn how to change gears. Solid frame build, gears are easy to change, brakes are very responsive, tires are rugged and it's a smooth ride. To anybody reading this check out sportchek before checking Canadian tire or walmart for your new bicycle or repairs. In my experience Canadian tire and Walmart brand bicycles such as Supercycle and Hyper or Movelo are very cheap quality bikes and their employees will not assemble the bicycles properly because of lack of skill and knowledge or they just don't care. Thank you Sportchek and Nakamura.

My 10 year old absolutely loves this bike. Good quality parts and the service with it is absolutely amazing. Didn't know until I picked up the bike that they will service it free for a year (parts extra, but service free) and had to use it for a brake cable tightening, and they had it done in under 5 minutes (something I could have done with the time and tools, but great that I can just bring it in and know it's done right)
