Good 6 year old beginner mountain bike

Bought this for my 6 year old. We do a lot of coulee mountain biking. It’s wonderful for the down hill a little heavy for the up hill. But it was put together well everything works perfectly no loose parts so far. Exactly what I expected for the price paid

Handle bar is terrible

I wouldn't even give it 1 star as the handle bar and front wheel couldn't 'connect' even when the bolt was fastened. What a waste of money. Do not recommend!!!

Great Bike!

My son loves his new bike and he gets lots of compliments. We’ve only had the bike for a week but so far it seems like a well built and sturdy bike that can hold up for a long time. Our oldest boys have Nakamura bikes and they’ve held up over the years through all the rough-handling and multiple friends taking turns riding the bikes.

at the beginning looks like a great bike for a kid, but with my son we realized its to heavy for him, and when he try to use the gear shift look very difficult for him move the gear from one level to another.

Well made bike, but a bit heavy

Bike is well made with gokd quality components. The frame is a bit heavy for small kids, but this is largely due to the suspension. Goos adjustment features on the brakes to make them fit smaller hands. Stand is a good feature. Gears are quite hard when getting up to 5 or 6 (out of 6), maybe need some adjusting.
