Good sneakers but needs to be made extra wide

Great sneakers but doesn’t come in extra wide width. However, my son has the velcro version in extra wide and loves the sneakers. One less star because of not having extra wide width.

great shoe, great for different arches

Only shoe my kids like to wear for comfort and ease of taking on and off. Works well with a high arches for my kids. I found the sizing to be inconsistent when ordering through the years and sometimes runs smaller and sometimes bigger- just kind of annoying when ordering and determining size. Also, these can be hard to get- they aren't always in stock!

Never worry about Velcro that stops sticking again! My boys were very excited about their new New Balance sneakers. The BOA closure makes it fun and easy to put on and take off. The flaps on the top don’t lie so flat on their feet probably due to their high in step.

Perfect closure for kids who dislike ties

My son knows how to tie his shoes, but really dislikes doing it. The closure on these shoes is fantastic, and he actually enjoys putting these on. Maybe the novelty will wear off, but for now these make it so much easier to get out the door. And, they are not as “babyish” as velcro ; ) Otherwise, fit and comfort are both great!
