Quality turf shoe

I am really happy with these turf shoes. These work well both on the infield carpet as well as the natural turf outfield. I tried plastic cleats on carpet which really "grabbed" the surface - way too adherent, to the point of being dangerous. NB's just fit my feet. No pinching, good cushioning, and comfortable material.

Something is different this year

I’ve been faithful over the past 4-5 seasons to the NB turf show for my coaching baseball. For whatever reason, this year I find the shoe to be stiff and not as much arch support. My right foot is in pain every time I wear the shoes for a game or practice.

Great shoe for turf and grass. They're the high quality you'd expect from New Balance. I use them for paintball and have noticed a significant reduction in how bad my feet and back hurt after playing a tournament compared to my old cleats. Going to order a second pair for a backup set.

Turf shoes put to the test

Shoes were great for about a week. Then the wear started to show pretty rapidly. My 18 year old son uses them for batting practice on turf but they are not holding up good. I was very excited when we purchased them because I'm a big fan of NB and have purchased many NB shoes but these didn't hold up.

My son loves the all-day comfort and the toe guard is an added plus for toe-dragging pitchers. He's worn these for about a month now and says they also provide enough stability for flat feet.
