    Not a gimmick. My joints feels the difference.

    Fits true to size. A little heavier vs 'standard' thickness running shoes. But the cushioning is worth it. If you are starting to feel your joints getting sore, these shoes will help. I don't race so I can't comment on that. But for training, I highly recommend them.

    Amazing easy day shoe. It’s probably most useful for true recovery paces but isn’t overly clunky. I’ve taken it down to 7:30 or so for a few miles and even strides at around 5:30 pace. Of course, it’s noticeably heavy in those contexts and a little imprecise at times but it does have a surprising range.

    It is like walking on an air mattress. I have one bad knee and it really helps to keep the pain away. Can't run anymore but walking is great with these shoes.
