Perfect Race Day Shoe

Great shoe for race day! I’m a little skeptical on the performance benefits of carbon plates, but results don’t lie. March 22, I went and ran my fastest 5K ever in these shoes (23:15). No blisters or chafing. The foam and carbon plates felt “springy” underfoot, giving that little bit of energy return while I ran. I would recommend these as your dedicated race only shoe. I have yet to see significant wear but I can’t imagine these would last long if you used them for everyday runs

Good Comfort and Bounce

I went with a 2E wide option, and it had good Comfort and Bounce for a long distance runs. Really helpful when you need to slow down and run on a slower pace. It still had a bit of heel rise issue,but it still deserves a 5 rating!
