First off, I am not your typical long distance runner. In fact, I only run 2-3 times a week, 3 miles would be considered my "long" run. Having said that, I am more into strength training and I use the jogging part of my workouts just to get out and get a little cardio in. My pace is not fast at all, avg, 10m/mile. These shoes are crazy light, even for a chubbier guy like me(5'5", 185lbs)it appears to force me or propel me forward. I got used to it right away though and after running in these things a few times, I do not want to run in any other style of shoes. These aren't cheap, so I understand these probably are way overkill for what I need them to do, but at the current sale price, plus the discount, I wanted to give these a try. I am very happy with it's performance, fit and feel, and the cool color scheme, doesn't hurt either. I would not work out in the gym with these, and they actually feel awkward just to stand or even walk in them. But man, take them for a descent run, and these bad boys shine.

They’re lightweight, responsive, and the fit is dialed in. I primarily use them for track workouts, long runs with marathon pace efforts, and half marathon and marathon races. Highly recommend!
