The extra foam on these shoes isn't for me. It adds a bit of a stability issue, specifically for my inner foot. I am also not a fan of the slim toe box. It makes my steps feel odd and unbalanced. These are my first New Balances, so I was a little disappointed, but I am hoping to try a different model and see if it works out better.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This shoe does not offer the same amount of support as my previous shoe V 1080 I was disappointed with how narrow the issue is it feels like the soul is not wide enough, but the material is more flexible.

I was really a big 1080 fan until the v15s came out - these are terrible. Now I’m in a hunt for a new shoe that’s comparable to the old version. Hopefully they reevaluate this design for the next drop but these really ruined it for me

V14 and V15 are crap,a joke! toebox is so narrow

I have been a loyal customer of the 1080 fresh foam for 10 years. V13 was your last good version with a toebox that could be called a wide toebox and I could use a D width. V14 and V15 are crap, you kept narrowing the toebox both in width and in height, to please the fashionable crowds I assume, but that's it!! After buying 2 pairs of V15 in E2 men size and even going up one size more in the shoe size (so I tried everything) I am done. Brand loyalty is a 2-way street. I have moved to Altra, you can learn from them on how to make toeboxes.

These Are Your Shoes!

The cushion in these shoes is next level. I bought them for a Disney trip and they did not disappoint. On day 2 I walked over 11 miles and my feet never hurt. Plus they’re super cute! Highly recommend!

at first seemed good. but I tried them for a few days and the stabilizer bar put so much pressure on my medical calcaneus I got to where I had to cancel events to stay off my foot

Fresh Foam meets a running shoe…finally!

Bought what I thought was a Fresh Foam version the 1080. Went to return and tried them on for fun. They are fantastic. Keeping them. They feel like Fresh Foam but only slightly firmer and slightly narrow which made for a great fit.
