This is my second pair of 530s and I wear them almost every day. They are so comfortable for those with a high arch for walking, running, and lifting. Mine are true to size. I wish the netting didn't trap dirt because they are hard to clean but I love them otherwise. Definitely buy them if you are on the fence!
