I have wide feet and I got my normal size and they fit really comfortably. Sizing down is optional, if you don’t have wide feet I deff would but if you’re a wide foot girlie like me - stay the same size if you want a pair of shoes that actually let your toes breathe. Super comfortable, been wearing them since I got them
