New Balance Women's 574 Shoes

Had my eye on this style for a couple of years before finally buying - I should've done it sooner! Shoes are a great fit and are comfy. Especially for someone who needs an orthotic, and is chasing after young kids!

Sole a bit hard making the shoe lack more comfort.

there is a lot about this shoe to talk about. So basically, I have had this shoe for 5 months and it's pretty great but there ARE a couple downsides (sorry). so some pros include how it looks, how it feels, and the sizing. I however would recommend that if you have narrow feet but some bunions here and there, DO THE WIDE. the toe box is good, but for bunions it just isn't enough, and the laces are adjustable, so you're really not losing much. i have a quite noticeable bunion on my pinky toe (sorry might be TMI) and they can get a little uncomfortable if I lace them too tightly. anyways they are super cute and if you avoid things like dye from new clothes and things with just lots of it (mud, dirty water, etc) then you should be good on the staining front. Note that the suede part is pretty easy to get dirty (but isn't very noticeable when stained).

I love these shoes. This was a repeat purchase because they are so comfortable and supportive of my arch.

Decent shoes to wear to work - I can easily slip them on and off under my desk. They're a bit stiff through the laces. they also don't "hug" my foot in that I wouldn't try running in these - pretty sure they'd come right off. but good for walking. not to heavy or bulky, look good with jeans or slacks.

Make the 574 in more colors! I bought this shoe because I love it but was disappointed that it only comes in ugly neutral tones now and this one cute indigo. I wanted red or yellow or green or something fun but most of the colors now are drab and boring and what nightmares are made of. Never make shoes in beige, who wants to be a boring beige person??!! I do not. Dusty grandma rose color does not look good on anyone. This retro looking NB needs a pop of color that is bright and fun, not dull and blendable. If you want to blend in, choose one of the other millions of boring shoes out there. This one needs to be showcased in fun!
