Bought this as a walking shoe for a senior who needs stability in gait. Because of the leather material, fits tight at first. So can order 1/2 size larger if unable to wait for them to relax. Nice colours, pink is bright and not too much of the shoe that it’s overwhelming. Shoes are bit heavier because of the construction and materials so for long periods of wearing, it can make your feet sweat. Overall a great shoe for durability, stability and support.

New Balance training shoe

I had to find a new style of shoe for my walks when NB stopped making the style I had been wearing for 5 years . I decided to take a chance on this style . I have not been disappointed . They fit perfectly and there was no break in period required . The first time I wore them I walked my usual 10 k with absolutely no discomfort . I have a high instep and this shoe supports it well . The insole cushioning is neither too hard or too soft . It absorbs impact well . Unlike many other training or walking shoe , this one is available in white instead of bright neon colors , which means it can go from training to the grocery store . Hopefully NB keeps this style for a long time .
