This bra is great! It holds firm and you will not be giggling or bouncing. I am 140 lbs and wear 36DD and the medium was a perfect fit.

Great support. A little annoying to get on and off but I guess that lends to the support. I wish you could take out the pads. They are built in but not part of the bra so they move around a bit.
