Nice sneaker but poor customer service

The sneakers are nice but in my opinion run small and I could have went up a full size for comfort.
Unsatisfied with how they were delivered which was in a ripped box, no box lid and security tag was still attached to the sneaker. Tried to contact company but received a automatic generated email stating they don't monitor emails and are not able to assist. Terrible service or lack of service and no way to contact company.

YOU WILL NEED TO SIZE UP

These are super lightweight and comfortable, and I'm sure they will be very comfortable for my gym workouts. Sleek and sporty looking. The sizing is definitely off though; you will need to size up at least half a size, if not a full size. I am *always* a size 9 in every running shoe, and the size 9 in these were definitely too small (my toes were jammed against the edge). I ended up going with a size 9.5, however even those feel just a tad snug, so maybe I could have even gone with a Size 10?
