Maybe I'm not putting them on quite right, but I find that they tend to press on certain parts of my wrists somewhat awkwardly. I imagine it's normal to work up a good sweat under them, but I can't run long with them without feeling gross. That said, they do provide the resistance I'm looking for, even if I take them off well before I'm done.
