size completely off

I bought a 3-6 year size for my 13 year old boy, and it's still way too large. No way to adjust. It's even a bit loose on an adult. It might be designed to fit very loosely on a kid who plays in the water park to avoid splash, but no way can be used as swim goggle.

They didn't work on my kids because there is no size adjustments they don't fit their heads and water just leaks in, very disappointed.
