A Boost in the Water

The Large Fit is good I wear 11-11.5 in sneakers
The flippers have helped my laps in the pool become much more efficient. Really can feel the boost in pool. I have less cramps in my feet while swimming.

I wear a size 9 in Nike Running shoes so I bought a size medium in the fins. They are amazing and have helped strengthen my feet when swimming which has helped my running in the process.

Frustrating! The website did not show size chart for Nike fins. I had to guess for medium & turned out this was a tad bigger. Delivery was bungled. Might not buy online again. Best part was the store associate LAURA. She was over the top in assisting me. Perfect. Thank you, LAURA

I bought these and LOVED them at first, but I intended them to be for leg day and as soon as I got under the 456 pounds to squat my foot slipped out of the front of the shoe and I ended up breaking my femur. After I thought, maybe its noncompatable with squats so I went to do leg presses and the same thing happened and I broke my clavicle! I would NOT recommend these to anyone else and I hope all the Asian women who made these get reimbursed and set free. AWFUL PRODUCT
