    Waste of money

I did not have a hard time adjusting however, the rope ball bearing gets stuck and so the rope does not spin properly, it will not unkink, the handle keeps untightning and falling off and finally, it is too light. Frankly I have a skip rope that I purchased in the fitness section at the dollarstore that works better and I now have to use instead. I purchased this one for myself so I could teach my daughter how to jump rope with the dollarama one but it turns out it is better.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Do not buy!

Worst skipping rope I've ever used. Bearings barely want to move and end up unscrewing themselves from the handle. Hard to adjust properly and requires wire cutters.

No, I do not recommend this product.

After a few weeks of use, the plastic rope snapped from handle, even with cautious tightening of handles to rope

The ball bearing kept getting stuck, so the rope would screw off the handle and go flying mid workout. Really didn’t expect a Nike product to be so poor as to not function.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Horrible design and came flawed. One handle will not rotate because of the flaw. The design uses a half ball in socket to spin Vs a bearing. The socket side has an extra chunk of metal which makes rotation impossible.

    Garbage…

Handles twist off, balls don’t spin, rope twists up. You’re better off buying something from the dollar store. Once again Nike sells junk produced in mass volumes that doesn’t actually work.
