Love this shoe. Reminds me of old school high tops but with todays zoom tech. Does run small I recommend going half a size up.

Might be one of the best basketball shoes I’ve owned. The comfort and support is amazing. Traction is too. I may just have to invest in another pair

I absolutely love this shoe. I'm planning on buying another pair before I'm not able to find them again. This shoe is truly one of the best basketball shoes I have ever purchased. I'm a big guy so I need that added support and cushion around the heal. Nike really outdid themselves this time.

After only 6 months of play my bubbled popped. But I love the way this shoe feels, and I just bought a second pair. The cushion is great and helps balancing while shooting. The ankle support is great and the shoe is very comfortable. Very lightweight and comfortable, yet surprisingly responsive when changing speeds. Probably my favorite basketball shoe ever, but it does have durability issues with the bubble in the heel.

For context: I'm 6'4" and 275lbs. I bang inside for most of the game. I'm pretty agile, slide my feet well and can guard most 3s-5s. I'm not the fastest, but I run hard. My vertical is not great anymore, but I make up for it by being strong and crafty, boxing out for rebounds and planting my feet for pump-fakes and Olajuwon moves. I cut hard to the basket and I euro-step sometimes. This is the type of player the GT Jumps are made for. These are the best basketball shoes I've ever played in. For my build, I need cushion and response/energy return in my shoes. Before this, my go-to lineups were the LeBron's. I still have the Soldier 9s for outdoor play, but until the GT Jumps I was rocking the LeBron 16s and 18s. I have some 15 lows that were nice to play in, but I'm not really a lowtop guy. These shoes blow them all away. I've never felt anything like them before. Maybe the KD14s and the Jordan 29s were the closest, but they always felt like they were missing something. Not the GT Jumps. For me, they are the complete package. The full Zoom Strobel with the stacked Zoom pads in the heel and forefoot are unreal. If that wasn't enough, Nike used Cushlon foam for the midsole and added a PEBAX Jumpframe that keeps your foot stable on top of all that cushion. Absolutely ridiculous. I've played in a few games in my men's league and I can attest that the energy return on these is uncanny. I felt like I was able to pick up speed faster than normal because of the energy return. I felt like I was able to complete the initial lift-off with ease, but more importantly for me, I felt I was able to take the hard landings and "re-jump" more quickly with a lot more ease (think tipping in a miss). This led to a couple more easy baskets from crashing the offensive board. Here's the thing: They will be hit-or-miss for a lot of people. I understand why they may not work for some. Lighter, quicker players may not feel the benefits of what all the cushion tech is designed to do. You simply need to be able to cause all that cushion to fully compress and react in order to feel the intended impact. You won't be able to completely feel the full kickback of the energy response. Heavier players - the bigger 3s, 4s and 5s that bang inside, box out, post up, fight for position, run hard, take off strong and land forcefully - You will love these shoes. There's nothing else like it on the market.
