3.5 I would say, it’s actually quite nice and the grip is a 10/10 just bit thin so wind will mess you up but if it was a tad bit thicker would be perfect.

I've used this only up to 10 times and it has already break, DO NOT RECOMMEND this product.

Bought this rope the previous week and I have used it now for 3 workouts and it is not the best quality. The balls from both handles continuously make lots of hard squeaky noises when working out which is really irritating, the caps that keep the balls with the rope in the handle keep falling off the handle when jumping rope because of the turning motion so I have to put tape on it every time I do a workout and I can already see that the handle is cutting through the rope after only 3 workouts, all in all not a good jumping rope

Lasted a year only for the rope to rip. Tangles easily. Would not recommend.

I bought this rope and it broke after 3 hours of skipping total. Coils and catches your feet. Then rubs on the handles and breaks. Do not buy

Bought this two months ago and it already broke. Rope would rub against the handle and eventually it broke. Do not buy unless you plan to skip twice a year.

Presumably they're not lying when they say they provide the means to adjust it - but I couldn't find the part to be able to. Thrown this junk away

Don’t waste your money on this rope. As you skip it coils and catches your feet. I’ve never encountered this issue with any other rope. I asked my trainer if I’m doing something wrong so he even tried the rope and it was coiling for him as well while skipping. I would not recommend this rope at all and I would have returned it if it wasn’t past the return date. Such a waste of money.
