Super tuff, would recommend unless you rolled. Do have to break them in a little bit for it to be comfortable, once you use them it’s hard to go back to another spike.

These spikes are way better than I was expecting. They feel like you’re running on air and they made me a lot faster. They are way better than the previous Nike spikes that I had so it’s worth paying the lager price.

Honestly, these spikes are really good for the price. With training, of course, I dropped 2 seconds off of my 400m time with my old spikes, but with these, I dropped 5 seconds. These spikes have been really helpful to my training and workouts, and amazing in meets. I thoroughly believe that the people that say the bubble is popping are using these for the wrong events, as I have had these spikes for over a year, and the bubble hasn't popped yet. The one bad thing I would say about these spikes is they are a bit awkward to get used to. Overall though, i would give these spikes a 9.5/10 would be a 10 if they were a little bit cheaper.

I love everything about them. The only thing I would change is the price. They were a little too expensive for me but I'm glad I bought them! Id highly recommend them!
