Nice effort, great shoe, needs more work

Fit is nice although varries often due to elasticity of laces. To secure them well without causing discomfort takes practice. Heal doesn't lock in. Far too few color/style options for wide. Mid-sole is great until 300 miles, then fades quickly.

Mediocre comfort, support, and response in comparison to the Vomeros. Purchase the Nike By You versions in 11 wide and the soles feel like they have different material between the two, with the left having more support than the right. I walk approximately 5-6 miles during my work shift, and there is noticeable discomfort and even joint pain when using these compared to the vomeros, and even my Pegasus 41s. Don’t really recommend these. At least not the Nike By You, but design options are always extremely limited in wide sizes. Overall let down by these ones.

The toe box feels smaller than in previous versions of the Pegasus. I have been wearing the Pegasus forever, not out of loyalty or any other characteristic of the shoe, but because they fit my wide feet. But the 42 Wide doesn't fit anymore. (it's still wide enough at the widest point near the ball of the feet, but narrows at the toe box and pushes my toes together). Bummer for me.

Very comfortable and just the perfect stack height for day to day use. Attractive looking (White/Lapis colorway particularly). Wide size works perfectly for me, and the toe box, even though does not look like it - is stretchy, roomy enough and comfortable.

I tried a lot of different running shoes and these were the most comfortable. They feel and look great. I hope Nike continues to offer their premium shoes in wide.

The Pegasus 42 is a very comfortable shoe, especially good for supination which I have, but it is not much wider than the normal version. I’d honestly say it’s literally like going up half a size in the normal version. Shame as it’s a great shoe

Nice sneakers, but sadly they not wide enough. Same issue as Vomero's. Nike, please bring back true EXTRA WIDE sizes for both Vomero and Pegasus sneakers!

Pegasus 40 was my favorite running shoe, ever. Bought 2 pairs, should have bought more. Pegasus 41 was too narrow. I had hope for 42 because Nike stated they made the toe box roomier. But this shoe is even tighter than the 41. The toebox of the Pegasus 42 is almost 10mm narrower than the Pegasus 40 and the gusseted tongue makes the shoe too tight on my arches. Too tight all around. If you wear D width shoes I'm sure the 42 will be great, but if you are looking for true 4E width shoes, this is not it. I hope Nike can make more decent running shoes for those wide feet. See attached pics showing my Pegasus 40 next to the new 42. Only 1 star because Pegasus 40 was awesome, I'm disappointed that Nike has shrunk this shoe.
