The socks were nice, I ordered two pairs and they were shipped separately which seemed wasteful from a packaging standpoint.

Too much of a lip at the top i think, it gets caught on shoes and the socks pull down.

Worst socks. Quality on these are trash. They have no elasticity to them - just stretch out and then stay loose. The old version was my favourite sock

Our entire family of 4 had been buying these socks for many years and last Christmas bought 2 black and 2 white six-packs. When they arrived, we immediately noticed something was different and fortunately still had a brand new older version six pack left from 2-3 years ago and compared them side by side. First and most importantly the new socks were about 1/4" - 1/3" inch longer, secondly the material was thinner with slightly less cushioning. We were a bit suspicious and so open and used one of the entire sets of 6 socks for several weeks, while keeping the other 3 sets untouched and eventually returning them. We immediately noticed the longer length - leaving the sock fitting looser than the old style pair on our feet - which is no good for runners. Then we took note of the sole flattening out easier and then breaking a hole in the bottom on a few pairs after about 12-15 or so uses. The most surprising thing was that the sides where you would normally grab and pull up to fit the socks on - RIPPED in every single pair. This never happened once in the older version of this sock. We were very disappointed to see what was once such a good product go down the tube. We suspect what likely happened is some Nike Buyer likely tried to make a nickel more profit and switched manufacturing from their supplier in Honduras (where the good socks were once made) to some Asian supplier - who cut corners and now produce a product that is essential a "High Priced Rag". Very sad indeed and we sure miss the quality product that Nike once produced because it was worth the high price back then – but not any more! I've attached a photo of the last pack of 'GOOD" black socks I still have and a photo of several new style white socks from the Nike Buyers new supplier in Asia.

These are not what they used to be at all. Probably about 70% thinner than they were a year ago and complete garbage. Never buying these again. I call it sockflation.

Purchased these for my 12 year old son for back to school today year, so he hasn’t worn them for a month yet and they have holes and the bottoms are worn out. Worst (and most expensive) socks I have ever purchased. Unfortunately, cannot take them back because they have been worn. Such a rip off for such a good brand.
