Comfortable and well-designed shoe if you buy the right size for your foot width

I was concerned about the “shark tooth” shape draped over the lateral upper of the shoe causing rubbing, so I ordered a 1/2 larger size, and the comfort is excellent now. I get good lock down of the heel by adjusting the tightness of the laces, which is a good trick to make a slightly too-long shoe lock your heel down properly and avoid rubbing. The sole comfort is excellent, and the springiness of the toe area is excellent for long walks for an older guy like me, as this is my use of the engineering of a basketball shoe rather than playing at this time. I would definitely recommend the shoe for comfort, and buy 1/2 over size if your foot is wide. It is beautifully constructed and gives great traction.

Very pleased with purchase. Look so much better in hand then the images portray. Worried would be too Halloween based, but basically looks like a reptile or camo shoe, so could rock all year long. The fit seems to be more forgiving than the 1's & 3's, in those models definitely had to go up half a size, in the 4's I did too, but not nearly as narrow in the mid-foot. Normally I'm all about the cushion, think most would have preferred zoom x, but I'm sure they will be fine once broken in.

As a collector of Nike especially ja morant shoes, I know them, they are really hit one miss one, the ja1 is in my opinion the best basketball shoe ever made, then the ja2 absolute dog, then the ja3 great shoe, then the ja4 nowhere near as good as the ja1 or ja3, feels a bit cheap, terrible cushioning. I will buy more as I'm a collector, and I know this won't get published,but I collect Nike to look at, but I play in Li-Ning, they are lovely light years ahead of Nike.

Bought them for my 10 year old son. He likes the fit better than the Ja 3's but he said the grip is not as good on the court as the Ja 3's.

Good shoe it looks good but this is a heavy shoe. This shoe will be better for wide feet if you have skinny long feet i will recommend not to buy and go with the JA3s in my opinion

A real Nightmare on your feet!!!!

Can’t play with these for long! very disappointed! main reason due to design flaw , the lateral A element (the hard metallic design element on the side) digs into the side of the foot from the inside . I have also tried going a half size up but it’s the same issue . I have seen other reviews stating the same issue . The padding/cushioning on the inside of this area needs to be revised and reinforced or the bend of this A element needs to be straightened out or replaced with some other softer material . Apart from that Great colour way , semi decent traction and bounce is ok but you can’t wait to get them off your feet due to this issue after 20 mins on the court . A real Nightmare indeed on your feet! What a shame!
