Initially I ran over 200km with these shoes (dry pavement, snow, slush, ice, mud). after approx. 6 months of running in the Juniper trail’s, I took them with me to Banff national park. I summited Rundle in Banff, Niblock at Lake Louise & completed the Alpine Circuit at Lake O’hara in Yoho national park. Needless to say they now has some tread wear. Currently I’m using my Juniper’s @ the gym and they have not lost much in regards to flexibility. I’ve really beat the ‘you know what’ out of this pair of Nike’s and would HIGHLY recommend this show to anyone. Immediately after I post this review I will be walking to the store to buy my 2nd pair. Great shoe! Great performance!
