Awkward to wear

Phone seems to fit fine in pouch and the touch works so I can operate the phone. However the strap is too big to allow me to wear it on my forearm as intended. I therefore have to wear it on my bicep which is really awkward to operate from, and it inevitably will slide down to my elbow.

Front panel is not strongly adhered to the frame/body of the armband. iPhone 7 flew out while running. Put it back together with staplers but expected something more sturdy esp. at this price point.
