I love LeBron but many of the pieces in his line have tended towards the flashy side of things. These shorts are probably my favorite LeBron piece that I have ever purchased, except for the Icon shoes from several years ago. They have the more understated, premium feel of the Kobe line. Lebron shorts will always be on the “long” side for me and will always have zippered pockets, neither are my preference but I get the idea, but the multi-textured textiles of these shorts are really nice. They also feel softer than his other shorts with the lions on the back. I love the gold aglets on the chunky drawstrings and the understated gold crown. The product description also mentions a leather label and it is there, but it’s actually on the back of the waistband on the inside. It has his signature on it and is a nice touch. I also wanted to say that Nike does a pretty terrible job capturing the fine details on these black garments and why they retail at 100-200 dollars. They also should give these things more unique names.
