Good shoes - even if they are actually Metcon 2

These are Metcon 2, not Metcon 9 as advertised. Good lateral support and not too much padding.

Go with the MetCon 10

This is a good shoe, but I went with the Met Con 10 instead because of the heel support and the overall padding in the shoes seem better structured and stable for weightlifting then this shoe.

OG still the best

Great workout shoe. have a newer version that has more padding but are also much stiffer. The OG’s have the right balance of comfort and performance.

Fits true to size. Whichever size you normally get in the Macon series, get the same for these. A bit tight around the toe box at first, but broken in and fits great after initial gym workout.
