Short version: too baggy, sleeves not long enough, feels rough on the skin. I had Nike a dri-fit, long sleeve UV running shirt that was wearing out and needed replacing, the one where there was a reflective rectangle at the end of the sleeve. I guess that's not available anymore, because this is the only one I can find, and this is utter trash compared to that. I NEED a few things in a shirt like this: UV protection and sleeves that STAY DOWN. First, no slim fit? The only long-sleeve uv running shirt and no slim fit? I don't tthink I even needed to specify slim on the old one. I got a small and this thing is so baggy on me (5'8, 125 lbs) that I swear it's like I bought a large, except the sleeves are even shorter than the old one. I am not that tall, length of the shirt seems the ssame in the torso, but I stick my arm out and the sleeve runs up my forearm about 3-4". So much for having UV protection on that 1/4 of my arm. New material also feels rough on the skin.

The collar was too wide for my neck and I didn’t like the way it looked on me. So I’m going to return it today.

Very comfortable, looks great on and fits to size.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Helpful?

    Cheap material

Initially it was fine but the Nike logo faded after the first wash…. In addition, no heat was use for drying. I do not use my dryer for sport clothing for the same reason. The logos might faded away. Now it looks like an old and cheap t-shirt. Will not be buying this product again. Somehow Nike has been lowering their quality on their products.

It was my favorite summer single shirt ever. The knit was so fine that it felt like silk against the skin, and looked super premium. It even paired better with suits than a regular suit shirt. Refined casual. Then as I tried to buy a 5th one, things fell apart. They changed the premium material into this coarse, cheap mesh that rubs your skin and looked cheap. I thought it was a defective product but then a closer look at the black shirt I realized they actually changed the material. Totally disappointed. Please bring back the original material. 5 stars for the original shirt. Don't buy this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shirt kept me cool and comfortable. I work outside in the summer in my yard and fixing up the outside of my house. I needed something that would be lightweight and cool for the hot muggy summers on the east coast. The UV protection was great and definitely an added benefit so I did not have to wear sunscreen on my arms as the shirt provided that for me! The shirt fit loose which is the style I like and the mesh fabric kept me cool. In the future I will be buying these in other colors.

Not the Quality I expect from Nike

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nike creates high quality products that our family has come to love and use. Having said this they are also not cheap. With high quality comes steep prices. But time and time Nike has proven to us that their products are definitely worth the price they are asking for. We've never been let down in the past... that is until my husband tried this new long sleeve top. Yes, it is quite hot right now and the long sleeve shirt is not ideal to be worn during summer time. However our house is quite cold and he likes to wear long sleeves when he runs on the treadmill to burn off more fat by sweating. So far he has worn the shirt (washed of course) several times throughout the week and each time he came up with the same verdict. This time Nike let him down. He usually wears a size large but this shirt was way too loose on him and he didn't like that. And whenever he moved his arms the fabric was too scratchy and it irritated his skin. The design itself wasn't flattering on him because it was just loose and made him look chunkier than he actually is. He did say that he liked how light the fabric was. He likes the color black so that was also a plus. However he prefers the shirt to be a bit more fitting and flattering. The biggest drawback for him though was that the shirt irritated his movement. Maybe the shirt is more fitting for the winter months. He will have to try the shirt on again when it starts getting cold to give a more accurate opinion on it.
