    Disappointed

The shoes are omfortable but make squishy noise with every step. Will return.

This shoe is one of my favorites for everyday running. It's a comfortable, supportive feel. I like them for a wide range of miles. I do anywhere from 3 to 13 miles in these. I think I now have these in 5 different colors.

I've had these shoes for six months and have been rotating them between three other pairs of sneakers so they don't get a ton of wear. The tongue on both shoes is so flimsy that they have basically torn in half and are hanging on by a thread. They are comfortable shoes for both walking all day or running, but the quality of the tongue is awful. Not what I expect from Nike, as my Infinity Runs and Epic React 2's both are great.

I've owned a pair of the first version of the shoe and three pairs of the 2's. I run around 45-60 miles weekly and compete for my high school team. I've gotten at least 500 miles on these shoes and had no problems with the shoe. It's very comfortable and can be used for workouts ranging from track work to road tempos. They're also good tennis shoes and I've used my old beat-up pairs for casual wear and other activities. I highly recommend these shoes to anybody either starting running as they will last a good amount of time and to experienced runners as they are a good shoe to add to your rotation.

I have had trouble with joint pain and have found it possible to run in these shoes with their extra cushioning. It is definitely worth the extra money for me and my challenges.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    My favorite

Tore my MCL and getting back to running. I have 20 miles on these and they've become my favorites. Stable, good traction and no pain at all in legs or joints vs. my other shoes that have been problematic. They do seem like not the best workout or around town shoes with the thick cushioning and rocker sole but I only run in them - road, dirt, grass and gravel. Had to get .5 size up from my normal.

Overall, this is a nice running shoe with breathable materials and a grippy outsole. At first, the shoe feels like it lacks stability, but perhaps this is because of the extremely cushioned sole. Ask you walk/run, it may take some getting used to if you're coming from cross-training shoes or a shoe with thinner sole materials. I found the shoes very comfortable for my wide feet, however, it did take some breaking in to get acclimated to the "bouncy" or what may be called "responsive" ride. I would recommend breaking them in with a long walk combined with some slow jogging to get used to the feel if you are new to the react line of shoes (For me, this helped with forming the shoe to my foot and getting used to the height of the shore and feel of the toe transition. The only reason I am rating the shoe lower than 4 stars is that within 10 miles of running/walking (in less than 24 hours of unboxing) the tongue of the right shoe ripped as I was lacing up. I am not sure if this was a manufacturer defect, or a lack of durability in the materials as the mesh upper is very breathable and also, in my case, prone to tear.
