GORE-TEX along the upper helps your feet stay dry from precipitation without sacrificing that comfortable feel of the Peg Trail. Its flexible, lightweight design helps keep out the rain when running between the wet roads and trails.
Less rubber along the outsole creates a smooth transition from road to trail while preserving the full-length React midsole. The rubber outsole wraps around the front of the shoe to provide extra durability.

Almost the best shoe ever

This is would be the best shoe i ever use. But isn’t. I used the shoe for many hikes in many different weather conditions in different scenarios. The shoe is just great for moist os the conditions i love the wide toe, love the mid sole and how it feels. But the grip is terrible and not durable. Please Nike make the Pegasus GTX whit vibram sole! You will nail the market!

Looks amazing, like on photos. Soft and water proof (at least in midl rain), not sure about lakes and rivers) But buy on one size bigger, I have 40 and bought 41, there is a small gap, but feels free

I have very wide and high feet with some anatomical peculiarity, so for me, it is very hard to find the right shoes to wear on daily basis. This pair is the one that I like the most from the recent purchases. Toe area is roomy enough, and the shape of the shoes can well accommodate my high feet. In terms of the comfort, it also aces my other shoes in its category. I highly recommend this pair to whoever looking for shoes for rainy weather with utmost comfort.
