recommend to everyone!! Go 1/2 size up!!

My background: I’ve been lifting for 10 years off and on. I’m no powerlifter by any means, but I got my max squat to 285 lbs a few years back, and I’m so mad at myself for not getting these earlier. I have long femurs, so squatting has always been awkward for me. I’ve had to put a wedge or some 5lb plates under my heels, which kinda worked, but it was still awkward and not very stable. My first attempt at squatting with these was life changing. It forces you into the perfect form, and I’ve never felt more stable and planted during a squat. I was able to push so much harder than I’ve ever had before. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Oh and definitely go a half size up. I’m 9.5 in all other Nike shoes (free runs, air max 86 golf, etc.), but had to go to 10 on these. I squatted in the 9.5 at first, but at the bottom of the squat, my big toe would get jammed into the toe box, and after 30 minutes, my toes hurt so bad. Went a half size up and don’t have that issue anymore.

Yall Definitely need to order a half size up! I bought a size 10 and they fit really well. Very solid and secure. Not tight/squeezing. I run in Nike 9.5 And a 9 in the Pegasus line up.

Perfect for barbell squats

These shows are fantastic, first time I used them I managed to add 5 Kg to my squat. I read other reviews about the size running small and ordered a size up, I normally wear 5.5 to 6 in trainers and these are a 6.5 and fit perfectly.

Well made and sturdy what you need for this type of shoe. Bought my usual size, however I Probably needed 1/2 a size up as they are quite tight maybe because they are still new.

Get a whole size up and you should be okay. Love the way they look, but can’t wear them the way I would like.

Half Size Up Is Perfect

Improved my squat depth and stability feels like your feet are cemented to the ground. The half size up recommendation by Nike was perfect. I have wide feet and usually wear a US 9.5 men’s and the a size 10.0 in these were on point.

Half size up not enough.

I ordered half a size up as directed, yet sadly they still were too small. I’ve since ordered a full size up and it’s a much more comfortable fit. The half size up squeezed my toes too much. I would definitely recommend a full size up.
