The best shoe for serious lifters.

These shoes are worth every penny if they fit your feet comfortably. Luckily mine fit very well and are comfortable even after 1 1/2 hours in the gym. I read about the snug fit so I ordered a 1/2 size bigger and found them to be perfect. The toe box is snug as other people have said but they fit me very well. These shoes give me maximum stability it literally gives the feeling of standing directly on the floor. The sole is solid which is great for lifting and I don't really notice the 20mm wedge in the heel. They have certainly made leg work much more comfortable on my knees. The laces and straps secure them very well and I haven't experienced any movement in the heel like some reviews have found. Walking in them takes a little getting used too as there is so little flexibility in the sole but you get used to them. A fantastic shoe for serious lifters and recommended by me. They also look really cool which is an added bonus.

Outstanding Shoes for All Lifting Exercises

I never use the size guide for Nike - size selection based on measurement of the foot. The length of my feet measure eleven inches but I order twelves in Nike. I always have. I did the same with the Romaleo 4 and they fit great. Outstanding shoes for not just squats or lifts dependent on a secure foot plant but for all exercises including bench press requiring a leg push of the body. I love these shoes. Just don’t play basketball in them lol.

Seems like a well-made shoe with good arch support which will help keep my knees in the right position for squatting however they are not true to size and I need to find a different size

Yes, I recommend this product.

I purchased these for my nephew, hence I cannot vouch for how good they are while weightlifting.

Lifting Shoe

Was not impressed. The shoe runs very small. I normally wear a size 8 US, I got a size 9 and could barely get my feet into them. Also, the toe box is very tight. Way to tight if you want to squat or power lift, lose foot stability. Would recommend investigating another product!

Just Buy it.

After not working out at the gym for a year I bought these and started lifting again. These powerlifting/weightlifting shoes are an instant game changer. They sharpen form and this allows for heavier lifts and more reps. I was confident in these shoes before purchasing. If you don’t have them you’ll never know how awesome they are.

My background: I’ve been lifting for 10 years off and on. I’m no powerlifter by any means, but I got my max squat to 285 lbs a few years back, and I’m so mad at myself for not getting these earlier. I have long femurs, so squatting has always been awkward for me. I’ve had to put a wedge or some 5lb plates under my heels, which kinda worked, but it was still awkward and not very stable. My first attempt at squatting with these was life changing. It forces you into the perfect form, and I’ve never felt more stable and planted during a squat. I was able to push so much harder than I’ve ever had before. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Oh and definitely go a half size up. I’m 9.5 in all other Nike shoes (free runs, air max 86 golf, etc.), but had to go to 10 on these. I squatted in the 9.5 at first, but at the bottom of the squat, my big toe would get jammed into the toe box, and after 30 minutes, my toes hurt so bad. Went a half size up and don’t have that issue anymore.

Yall Definitely need to order a half size up! I bought a size 10 and they fit really well. Very solid and secure. Not tight/squeezing. I run in Nike 9.5 And a 9 in the Pegasus line up.
