Wrong size

They sent me the wrong size. I wanted L/XL and you sent me S/M instead. Suffice as it is to say I’m very disappointed because now I have to find my way to an actual store in order to return it. It’s very inconvenient.

Product ok, but was shipped wrong size

The product itself was fine, but I was shipped the wrong size. To exchange it I had to drive to the nearest SportChek that had the correct size in stock (as per what telephone customer service told me), but they couldn't find one, even though their in-store computer also said they had a few in stock.
The store then ordered it online themselves for me, to be shipped to my home, again. I hope the correct size arrives this time. To be continued...

Favorite workout / running hat of all time

I love that the hat is adjustable and comes in different sizes. I primarily use it as a running hat. It’s lightweight and does a good job of collecting sweat. It’s basically the best running hat I’ve found in 20 years - just so happens to be a tennis hat. It also holds up to multiple washes. I have 3 and will get more. All of my other running hats can now go bye bye.

Not sweat wicking at all

Stylish and comfortable hat. But does absolutely nothing in the sweat wicking department. Want the constant tickle of sweat going down your forehead during any activity? this hat is for you. Might as well go bobbing for apples and drench your head that way. At least you’ll come back with some nutrition.
