    The perfect training runner. Doing 10-20km daily.These provide excellent cushion and support for any upcoming race, training for half or full marathons won't be a problem.

    Very comfortable and immediately well-fitting upper; high-quality and durable soles (good for over 1000km); great energy return and also quite good-looking. Perfect for 10-21km tempo runs.

    I am so impressed with these shoes. I'm always looking for a running shoes that "disappear" - and by that I mean when the fit and the cushioning are so good, you don't notice them. All you have to do is put in the miles, and these shoes definitely meet that definition for me. I am super picky about how shoes feel. I've had a couple other pairs of Nikes that did their job almost completely invisible, but these are definitely at the top now. Even better than feeling good when wearing them, my feet feel great the next day, which is always a big tell-tale sign if I'm not wearing the right shoes. I've found these also perform very well for walking or for times when you're going to be walking and standing a lot - amusement parks, shopping, etc.

    Considering I had ran over 1,000 miles in a pair of Zoom Fly 3’s last year, I had extremely high hopes of the Zoom Fly 4. Unfortunately, I was let down and was only able to get about 2 months of light training from this pair of Zoom Fly 4. In my opinion, these are less durable than Nike’s previous model. The Zoom Fly 4 only lasted 240 miles until the sole completely destroyed. I haven’t noticed any positive improvement in this model compared to the previous Zoom Fly 3 which was much faster and way more longer lasting in regards to durability. Putting all the negatives aside, this was one of my favorite designs of all time to train in and I’ll miss this pair. I truly hope that I received a defective model. Pros: Responsive, firm stable landing, lightweight, breahtable, easy to put on, drip Cons: Nike React foam not durable, internal carbon fiber plate exposed to road surface after 200 miles. Injured with plantar fasciitis due to soles becoming worn down.

    Pro: Meet my expectation! It really helps for my fast pace running, true to size, great fitting, great energy return, nice design and color combination. Cons: Probably less durable and not suitable for daily running. Higher COG, less stable on uneven pavement and sharp cornering.

    These shoes have really good cushion. I have run multiple speed work-outs on a track with these shoes. They are responsive and have good energy return as well. The carbon plate in them also helps me to stay on my fore-foot when running.

    The Zoom Fly 4's are very comfortable and the arch support has been perfect for me. The shoes are fun to run in, reactive and provide the right amount of bounce right out of the box.
