    The perfect training runner. Doing 10-20km daily.These provide excellent cushion and support for any upcoming race, training for half or full marathons won't be a problem.

    Very comfortable and immediately well-fitting upper; high-quality and durable soles (good for over 1000km); great energy return and also quite good-looking. Perfect for 10-21km tempo runs.

    I am so impressed with these shoes. I'm always looking for a running shoes that "disappear" - and by that I mean when the fit and the cushioning are so good, you don't notice them. All you have to do is put in the miles, and these shoes definitely meet that definition for me. I am super picky about how shoes feel. I've had a couple other pairs of Nikes that did their job almost completely invisible, but these are definitely at the top now. Even better than feeling good when wearing them, my feet feel great the next day, which is always a big tell-tale sign if I'm not wearing the right shoes. I've found these also perform very well for walking or for times when you're going to be walking and standing a lot - amusement parks, shopping, etc.

    The Zoom Fly 4's are very comfortable and the arch support has been perfect for me. The shoes are fun to run in, reactive and provide the right amount of bounce right out of the box.

    Second pair of these just bought. They are a good fit and while not as light as racing flats still fairly light weight. They feel a bit strange to walk in but seem to promote good upright running posture. Have used them for longer runs of over 20k and shorter interval sessions too. Doubt I’d race in them but likely to be my go to shoe for training for a while to come

    A great shoe for outside running. I’ve had multiple pairs of AlphaFly and they break down too fast. I’ve only used the shoe a couple time L’s so far, but I feel I’ll be able to get more distance with these. Pretty stiff on the bottom, which is what I want/need, but gives you the zoom you want to get your best time.

    I bought these to replace my Zoom Fly 3 which have done over 1000km, and these feel lovely to run in. I use them as day to day running shoes and save the Vapor Flys for races
