    I've just started running track, and these are a great pair of spikes! They look great and are really comfortable to run in. Like most spikes, they run small, so I got 1/2 a size up.

    The shoes seemed to be a bit tight but after the first sprints on the track they gave way for my wide feet. They are the same as my previous shoes (another brand) in the sense that they do the job well. The box also came with a shoe bag and spike wrench to ensure that the spikes do not loosen overtime and fall out. I normally choose a men’s 8 but knowing that Nike can run small and the posted information had encouraged me to go up half a size to an 8.5, which was the correct size during my online purchase. I would recommend purchasing these shoes that were couriered from British Columbia to Ontario.

    These are good spikes, first spikes I’ve ever bought but the heel support is really bad. Racing with these for a while hurts my calves and ankles badly, I wouldn’t recommend if you have flatter feet.

    My daughter loves them but already lost 2 spikes. I tightened them myself and after day 2 of practice they are gone.

    Bought for my daughter, she really likes the shoes, comfortable and had good grip. Sizing is true, so no need to size up or down. As she is running indoor the spikes supplied are too long and required replacement with shorter spikes (5mm). Overall 4 stars, only issue was the spike length.
