I got the light, medium and heavy bands. I double up when needed so LM < LH < MH where I can get a range of 20 - 70 lbs of resistance with the 3 bands. So I can do many types of exercises and these take up very little space.
Quality is very good. Stitching looks like it will last and the outer stretching cloth casing seems pretty good. I like the simple but effect design. The handles don’t hurt the palm when using either. Highly recommended

The band provides a medium to heavy resistance. Can get the heavier resistance when combining with the Light band if wanting more resistance. Durable. I use them for arms and shoulder exercises, as well as squatting type exercises.

Good product, and well made, does not 100% replace a full gym weights set up but is a very good piece of kit in the current climate, or if you just want a quick work out

I mean yeah its a good 40lb band, I wish nike would offer higher resistance, but I bought four of the heaviest and I just double, triple em up to get a good stretch.
