Best resistance band same quality as my local gym. Used it for some short strength workouts , Pilates workouts and stretches . Very satisfied with this purchase.

For those occasional home workouts

Nike could have provided better loops for using the band. If you regularly workout, you will find the resistance to be a bit on the lighter side. The band itself is very stretchy and nice to workout with.

Broke 5 min after opening

Currently 3 stars because you can definitely feel the quality of the band with its design. However, mine broke on initial testing doing a basic bicep curl to overhead press with one foot on band. I'm hoping it's just one defective item. Already issued a return and reorder with the help of a Nike Team Member for 2-day ship.

Disappointed and dissatisfied with resístame band

I just used it two times . The band is out of its place. I’m almost 110 pounds i was doing shoulder press and squats and got broken. I tried to fix it by myself it was impossible
