False advertising

Ordered blue one for me, girlfriend ordered black one, different products completely, blue came with netting and a shiny insulation material. Black came with no netting, a matte insulation material and a shoulder strap cover.
Phones sport chek twice and tried to get my girlfriends replaced with the proper product but the phone operators were unable to do that. They offered %15 off our next visit. I refused and they suggested I go in store.
Went in store and returned both lunch kits, even though I enjoyed mine, I absolutely will not shop at sport chek anymore. Incompetent customer service and blatant false advertising.
No, I do not recommend this product.
