When I ordered a pair of one-size-fit-all wrist bands from another brand, it simply fits me much too loose. This pair, however, fit me perfectly well, with just the adequate amount of tension. I would say if you're a teenager it should fit you as well. On the other hand, it is easily stretchable so I wouldn't worry either if you're an adult of normal size. The fabric is very comfortable as well. Anyway, I love this pair and it works great.

these sweatbands are great. just the right amount of elasticity, never to tight and super comfortable. They look great, feel great, and get the job done. Would highly recommend.
