[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so great and is exactly what I was looking for. I am a woman of petite size. When I ordered a pair of one-size-fit-all wrist bands from another brand, it simply fits me much too loose. This pair, however, fit me perfectly well, with just the adequate amount of tension. I would say if you're a teenager it should fit you as well. On the other hand, it is easily stretchable so I wouldn't worry either if you're an adult of normal size.
The fabric is very comfortable as well. Anyway, I love this pair and it works great.
