Really good quality and material and great price point. I bought this mat many years ago, still in really good condition… I’ve used it for yoga, hot yoga and Pilates. Really decent grip and padding is great.

Best mat ever!

I have tried so many mats that purport to be non-slip only to slip as I’m trying to do high impact workouts. This mat truly is the first non-slip mat I’ve found and what a difference it makes! It’s also got great cushioning for floor work. I will never buy any other mat again!

Returned the mat

I had to return this because the quality of the mat was low. If you are looking for a very thick mat this would be your only option I think, but if the thickness does not matter that much to you, I highly recommend you buy your mat from better brands that are out there. you can spend $10 more and get a very high quality mat from another brand that will last you forever. Also, the mat is not wide enough compared to the standard size so keep that in mind before your purchase.

Too slippery when sweaty

Cushion is nice but super slippery when sweating – not good. I use it underneath my old yoga mat for extra padding and that's been helpful. Can't imagine paying full price for this.

Love it! Very comfortable mat & doesn’t slip. Thickness is perfect. My old yoga mat hurt the balls of my feet sometimes. I don’t feel any foot pain on this mat.
