VERY small and incorrect colours

Really nice shoe, super comfortable BUT definitely size up 1-1.5 sizes, i went up one size and they are still hard to get on, but very comfortable once on. Also, the color onsite is deceiving, unless i somehow recevied the wrong shoe. I received Navy blue/white strap, light green, white/navy logo. The picture onsite site looks like a light pink and blue strap

Check reviews! Most run small, but the Craft run big!

Absolutely love the style and level of comfort of these shoes. However, the traditional Huarache and Huarache SE's run very small. I had to size up a whole size (from 7 to 8) in the traditional ones and had to go up 1.5 sizes (from 7 to 8.5) in the SEs, which are still slightly too small - my toes are hitting the front edge. On the other hand, the Huarache CRAFT are sized regularly and may even run a bit big. I ordered one size up from my normal, assuming they would fit like the others, and was absolutely SWIMMING in them! Had to return due to how comically large they were and didnt even bother to reorder. I wish the sizing would be more consistent with these but again, once you get the right size, they are very comfortable, breathable, and stylish.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORDER NEVER SHIPPED.

Shipping was horrible! I was emailed a " Your Item has Shipped" notification with a tracking number for an independent courier who was handling the order with 24 hours of placing the order but they never picked it up. I called SportChek after 3 days of "item is still with merchant" and was told no one could help me until 7 business days had passed. I called again on day 5, and still no assistance, on day 7 was told they could now escalate it and I should hear back in 1-2 days. My card was charged and I still have no shoes or a refund. Not happy.
