Nike Women's Alphafly Next Fly Knit 3 Running Shoes

I’m 55 and when I run too many miles my knees ache. But with these new Alphafly 3s I feel like I can run much more without my legs feeling beat up. And immediately AFTER a run, I don’t feel like I have to sit around. I feel like I have more energy and spring to do other things. These shoes are priceless to me.

One of the best marathon running shoes. I used it for my 20-mile long run. My legs still felt fresh afterwards.

These are my go-to race/road shoe. I’ve tried a bunch of different shoes with a carbon plate and find these the lightest and most comfortable. Nice room in toe box.

An amazing shoe! Love the vapor fly 3s but have a little bit more support and I’m coming back from a small injury and appreciating them. Awesome shoe! Tongueless upper is amazing. Heel fit nice and snug. Good cushion and a very reactive feel. You roll thru foot strike easily! Like the VP and Zoom Fly These are RUNNING shoes, not walking shoes. Sure you can walk in them but they wont feel quite as spectacular.

Well. I bought 4 pairs. These are everything I was hoping for. Essentially a springy, barefoot run with great energy return. All have worn well unless I try to take them off without undoing the laces, or scrape them on concrete. I wear mine daily. I have narrow feet with exceptionally high arches. As for this model compared to the Alphafly 2 and original…they improved them tremendously. They are snug without pressure, better foam profile, and the lacing system doesn’t untie easily. Oh, and they look cool. Final assessment - for a daily 5k- ❤️👍🏻💨
