    These are honestly the best trainers I have ever run in. This is my second pair of the same model, having bought my first pair around 12 months ago. I did a 15K run yesterday and my feet felt absolutely fine afterwards. They are incredibly light and very well cushioned, which makes a huge difference on longer runs. I would highly recommend them.

    I’ve tried a lot of brands, so I’m usually pretty critical of hype, but the Alphafly 3 actually delivers. I took them through a full marathon and a couple of halfs, and they are staying in the rotation. Usually, I expect some rubbing with high-end racers, but I had zero chafing. The shoe just feels invisible. The magic is definitely in the forefoot. I land on my toes, and the spring you get from the foam/air unit combo is real and it actually helps keep my legs turning over when I feel like hitting the wall. The toe box is actually wide enough to handle late-race swelling. Highly recommend for speed and comfort.

    Not gonna lie, I got these while on sale because they are so expensive but they are also super shoes. Can’t wait to run my marathon in them. True to size and comfortable never had an issue with Nike shoes on that.

    The Alphafly 3 is true to my pre-purchase research. Very light, comfortable and fast shoe. These are race day shoes, not everyday trainers (unless money is no issue for you). Prior to purchasing, I read that these shoes provide maximum benefit over 125-150 miles. I train in other, more stable, shoes and pull these out for a quick couple runs before wearing them in a marathon. First marathon was Erie and got my PR with a time to qualify for Boston and Chicago. My feet felt great after the race. I am a size 11.5, 58 years of age and 150 lbs. After years of thinking about it, I made the plunge and bought the Alphaflys. Glad I did. The reviews questioning these shoes is the result of people not doing the research and having expectations out of line with what the shoes offer.
