Quality isn’t great there is zero support in this shoe. I bought it for casual wear anyways but will be returning. The size rubs small too.

SIZE UP!! I’m usually a 7-7.5 and I need an 8 in these. Wouldn’t suggest using them for lifting. The tow is not very flexible.
