A revamped upper offers easier entry with a collar made just for your ankle.

A breathable, lightweight upper has a comfortable, sock-like feel with a 7/8-length inner sleeve and provides easy entry. Plush foam around the collar provides comfort and support around your ankle.
Nike Free technology in the forefoot creates flexibility for agility moves like burpees, planks and sprints. Stretch around the collar lets your foot move naturally as you burst, cut and brake.
Molded heel clip offers support.

Good Cross Training Shoe

I purchased these because I needed a shoe that I could use for cross training. I’m glad I chose these. They were perfect for all of my workouts throughout the week including squats and walking on the treadmill. They are stable but flexible. I’m usually a 7.5 but always go up half a size for my workout shoes. I have narrow feet and going with the size 8 was a good idea because the 7.5 might’ve been too snug. The price was also good for the quality.

I love the way the Metcon 5’s fit. They are very comfortable for all of my workouts. I recently had purchased a pair of Metcon 6’s and I had to return they fit too wide. So whenever I come across a Metcon 5 I will purchase before they go out of stock. Please make the Metcon 6’s more narrow.

These shoes are great for flat foot people including myself. These shoes are very comfortable. I workout in these shoes and wear them to work as well. They are better than my vapor max hands down.
