This is by far the Best stationary work out shoe that I have ever owned. Keep them coming. I love mines.

I recently switched from using running shoes for all my workouts to the Nike Metcon 6, and the difference is huge. Now that I’m using the gym in my building, it’s easy to bring a second pair, and I’m really glad I did. The Metcon 6 gives far better stability and support for functional strength work and lifting than running shoes ever did. I also have a bunion on one foot, so the roomy, wider fit has been a big relief—no pressure or discomfort at all. And the turquoise colour is absolutely gorgeous. Overall, I’m really happy with the upgrade. These shoes make lifting feel so much more solid and comfortable.

I love the light weight, style and fit. I normally wear a 6, daughter has these and recommend 1/2 bigger. They fit perfect. I recommend 1/2 up on this one.

I picked these up for a new fitness routine in the gym and I was pleasantly surprised how well they helped my plantar fasciitis. They are very comfortable for my feet and happened to help the PF when other, more cushioned shoes, made it worse for me. I am now wearing them outside of the gym because they helped so much.
